Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns Policy

Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 7 days of receiving their items for any reason or no reason at all. Should you choose to cancel your order, only the product costs will be refunded, and this will occur within 30 days of our receipt of the returned items. Please note that we do not refund postal charges. All returns, whether for a refund or exchange, must be in unused condition.

In cases where the received goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged, we will refund the postage costs, but we require photographic evidence to support such claims. All returns should be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Any items returned after this 30-day period, regardless of their condition, will neither be refunded nor replaced, and we will dispose of them. On the rare occasion that a customer receives an incorrect item, upon our receipt of the returned incorrect product, will dispatch the correct item and also refund the cost of return postage.
